Bonjour Arthur, Pendent cette les vacances de printemps j’irais à la plage avec mon ami Jack et sa famille. Je sais j’irais à la plage mais je ne sais pas quelle plage à Florida. Est-ce tu voyage pour cette vacances? Ensuite, je ferais le joue dans la plage et mange beaucoup de le fruité de mère parce que le fruité de mère est très frais en Florida. Est-ce que tu aime le fruité de mère? Cette vacances, est le première vacances il serait normal parce que le Corona virus est meilleur que’ avant. I am excited to go to the beach, but I’m also excited just to be lazy and sit around at home and relax. I hope while I’m at the beach it will be warm becuase in the past, going to the beach during spring break can be cold depending on where you go. Is it common for people in France to go to the beach during breaks from school becuase in America it is extremely popular and the beaches are always crowded no matter what state you go to. Donc, pour moi, je voyage à Breckinrdge, CO. Le savez-vous ? Le Colorado est un état avec beaucoup de montagnes et beaucoup de gens qui voyagent juste pour skier. Est-ce que tu aimes skier? Personnellement je fais du snowboard. Je suis très excité pour ces vacances parce que je suis très fatigué avec le lycée. C'est très difficile pour moi maintenant de rester motivé parce que je suis en terminale au lycée. Il y a environ 76 jours pour l'obtention du diplôme. Que fais-tu pour les vacances ? Je voyagerai avec mes amis donc ce voyage sera très amusant je pense. Mon ami a aussi un petit chien très mignon. Le plan est de conduire jusqu'à la maison de mon ami après cet avion à Breckinridge. Hey Emma! How are you? I am so excited for spring break, because I am so tired of school. Summer is so soon! The weather here has been so weird. It was 21 degrees (celsius) last weekend, but this weekend it was -3 degrees (celsius). Chattanooga is so weird. I love it though! I am really excited to go home and see my dogs. I miss them so much! I miss my parents too, but I just saw them this past weekend. They came in town and we got to hang out all weekend, which was super fun. What did you do this weekend? Salut Florence! Pour les vacances de printemps, j'irai chez moi, à Géorgie. Je ne voyagais pas, parce que les vacances de ma mère est le semaine après les vacances de moi. Salut Marie! J’ai très hâte pour cette vacance parce que je besoin une vacance. À Baylor, les personnes en terminale peux commence la vacance printemps avant les autre étudiants. Donc, je vais parti Baylor mardi prochaine. J’ai aller à Orlando pour Universal avec mes amis. Nous quittons mardi et revenir Samedi. Le COVID-19 touché cet plan un peu parce que nous allions à Universal cet été avec plus personnes. Mais, nous pensons que il y a moin des personnes en mars. Apré Orlando, je vais aller à chez moi à Knoxville pour un jour, ensuit, je suis aller à Champaign, une ville en Illinois, pour visité l’université UIUC. Est-ce que tu aime voyage? The next two weeks will be exciting and nervous. At the same time I am traveling, I will be receiving most, if not all, of my college decisions back. Going to Illinois to visit UIUC was a last minute decision. However, I decided to go because I wanted to get to know the environment of the school before making this important decision. Overall, I am super excited for Spring Break since I have a lot of fun activities planned.

Pendant les vacances, ma famille va aller à la Caroline du Nord pour visiter l’université de Appalachian State et Davidson. J’ai hâte parce que j’adore les montagnes dans Caroline du Nord et aussi il y a une possibilité que je vais appliquer à Davison pour l’université. Ma sœur aime Appalachian State, donc on va passer un jour dans Boone, NC pour elle aussi.
For the rest of my break, I plan to stay at home and spend time by myself. Hopefully I will be able to read a book and get back on track for my reading goal. Lacy and I usually watch movies together at night, so I am excited to get to relax. The last weekend of break, I have to take the SAT which is a standardized test used for college acceptances. This will be my third time taking it, and I hope this will be my last time ! Where are you going for break ? Are you going anywhere with family or friends?

Just to add on for a quick note I am truly so excited about touring Belmont. Their programs are so cool and the music school is the coolest that I've ever found. Do you play an instrument of some sort cause I know we've talked about music before so I was wondering if you played something. Hey Felix! I am SO READY for spring break. The past few weeks of school have been the most stressful, jam-packed weeks I’ve had in high school. For my break, we get 10 days off. I’m going to the beach with my boyfriend and his family in Florida. So many people from my school go to the same beach I’m going to (seaside Florida) that it's jokingly called “Baylor south” around here. Anyways, I’m ready to relax by doing a whole lot of nothing for a week. Do you have a spring break like ours or is it different? In France, where do most people go to the beach? My older sister used to live in Grenoble for a couple years and for vacation I know she went to Marseille and had a great time.

I am so excited for spring break because right now school is very overwhelming and stressful. Even though this week is the week leading into spring break, I have many papers and other assignments due. I am only going to tour colleges for a few days during break, so I will have about half of the break to spend at home. I am very excited to relax at home with my sister and hang out with my friends. Puisque c’est mon dénier vacance a Baylor, j’ai décidé que je veux passer de temps avec mes amis a Orlando, FL pour 10 jour. Ce qui est intéressent, c’est qu’ils sont des Disneyland et aussi Universal Studio a Orlando, et le deux sont plus grand dans le monde. Outre Disneyland et Universal Studio, nous allons voir "cat", une comédie musicale très connue aux États-Unis. Une autre chose importante est que mes résultats universitaires seront publiés pendant la pause, et je suis un peu nerveux à ce sujet.

Bonjour Paul, J’espère que tu est bien. Dans deux semaines mon école a passé le vacance de printemps. C’est un bonne temps parce que tout les personnes sont fatiguées avec l’école. Ma sœur déjà passe son vacances et c’était bonne de sa voir. Est ce que tu aime les vacances de printemps? Pour moi c’est le meilleur vacance parce que chaque année je aller une ville qui est chaud mais à chez moi il fait froid. Tu aller une ville qui est chaud aussi. Beaucoup de amis de moi aller les villes pour faire du ski. Je ne comprends ça parce que c’est froid quand tu fair du ski. Je vais aller au Florida avec mes meilleurs amis. For the spring break I’m gonna go to the United States and to Canada. I love those places but it’s the first time that I travel over there. Otherwise I don't know what I'm going to do.

The dorms, at that time, are not open so some of my friends are going to be staying with the day students of the team. My best friend, Esther, is staying at my house for 6 days and we will be hanging out with our other friends while we are together, too!

Hello I hope you are doing well.This year I went to the beach in Crete. I am excited because I love the beach even though sometimes it is not very hot. Comparing my experience last year and now, one difference is that we don't wear masks. Another difference is that the rules are more relaxed compared to last year. For example, last year for spring break, some restaurants are not open.But, in the present moment, I am very ready for spring break with my friends to enjoy the good time.
The weather is very different right now. In the morning it's very cold while in the afternoon we can walk around in tee shirts. I'm looking forward to the vacations so I can see my friends and rest

Bonjour Jules! J’espère que vous allez bien. Pour Springbreak cette année je suis allé a le République Dominicain avec tous de mes amis de Baylor, GPS, et Mccallie. Nous resterons à le Hard Rock Hôtel. Je suis très hâte parce ce que j’adore la plage. Nous resterons à le Dominicain pour quatre jours et nous reviendrons at jeudi. Pour le dernière week-end je pense que j’irai à l’université de South Carolina pour un visite. Ça c’est un option pour l’école l’année prochain.
This summer me and my friends are planning a trip to the west. Our plan is to simply just get in a car and drive out there and see what happens. We plan on going to places like Colorado and Arizona. Out in the West, there are numerous parks that are all beautiful. I think it would be a waste of a summer if I didn’t go and visit them. The only obstacle is my parents. Hopefully they allow me to do this!

Il était beaucoup du soleil mais de l’eau était une petit peu frios. Une jour, nous sommes allé au faire du péché et j’attraper 18 poison. Aussi, je vu 2 dolphins du la bateau. Nous sommes faire du vélo beaucoup pour allé à déjeuner et dîner beaucoup des nuits.

Here in Tennessee we don’t have to wear a face mask so it is really nice, you only have to wear a mask when you go to the airport. In Spain we have to wear masks most of the time and in my opinion it is much better when you don’t have to. Do you think mask shouldn’t be mandatory anymore?
Bonjour Kaalan. Je suis allé New York pour mon Spring Break. Je ai regardé la comédie musicale Hamilton à théâtre. C’était bien, mais on a passé beaucoup de temps quand on retournait au hôtel. On conducteur venait de Bangladesh et il a parlé beaucoup alor que il n’a pas bien à anglais.
We spend 10 day at New York, it was fun. However the disappointing part of this trip is, we spend 8 hours on the plane because of the mechanical issue.

Ces vacances, je suis allé à New York. J’ai vu la statue de la Liberté et des autres sites touristiques. J’ai aimé le plus voir la coucher du soleil à le 102ᵉ étage et c'était incroyable ! Je pouvais voir si loin que la lumière tremblait à cause de l’atmosphère. J’ai visité aussi le mémorial du 11 septembre, Central Park, Times Square et bien plus encore.

Bonjour Prune, Pour mes vacances, je suis restés à Chattanooga. Je ne retourné pas au Brésil parce que il n’y a pas de temps pour ça. Donc, j’ai dormi beaucoup, et j’ai joué beaucoup de foot. For past breaks I would usually go to my aunt’s house in Virginia, but this year I had a lot of schoolwork and I had to draw things for my art portfolio, so for me it’s much more easier if I just stay in Chattanooga. Pour les vacances de printemps je resté en Oregon, où je viens de. Il y avait beacoup du soleil et il était très bon. C’était le plus longtemps j’avais été absent de chez moi, donc il était bon être la. Je vu mon familie et me relaxé, beaucoup de dormi et mange. Mais, je retourné à Baylor avant les vancances terminé pour l’aviron, donc Je resté à la maison de mon ami jusqu’à l’école commencer encore.
Spring break was nice and relaxing, but I may have relaxed too much as when I came back to school early to train, I was very out of shape and it took a few days to get back into things. Other than the long flights and jetlag, I had a great time returning home and cannot wait until graduation, when I can be home again for the summer. Did you have a good break? Were you able to travel?
What’s up prune, this year for spring break my family and I (my mom, grandad, grand mom, brother) drove down to Miramar beach in Florida. It is a very nice beach in my opinion and a lot of people I know go there every year around the same time, so it’s fun getting to hang out with my family and friends. The sand on the beach is very hot and is also very white with hardly any rocks, so it’s not like Maine or California’s beaches. I am curious what kind of breaks your school gives you and what there called for you. And if your school does give you breaks what’s your favorite place to go?

I am in need of this break because school is getting pretty stressful with highschool coming to a close soon. I am excited to go to the beach, but I’m also excited just to be lazy and sit around at home and relax. I hope while I’m at the beach it will be warm becuase in the past, going to the beach during spring break can be cold depending on where you go. Is it common for people in France to go to the beach during breaks from school becuase in America it is extremely popular and the beaches are always crowded no matter what state you go to. I hope everything is well and have a great rest of your day!

Donc, pour moi, je voyage à Breckinrdge, CO. Le savez-vous ? Le Colorado est un état avec beaucoup de montagnes et beaucoup de gens qui voyagent juste pour skier. Est-ce que tu aimes skier? Personnellement je fais du snowboard. Je suis très excité pour ces vacances parce que je suis très fatigué avec le lycée. C'est très difficile pour moi maintenant de rester motivé parce que je suis en terminale au lycée. Il y a environ 76 jours pour l'obtention du diplôme. Que fais-tu pour les vacances ? Je voyagerai avec mes amis donc ce voyage sera très amusant je pense. Mon ami a aussi un petit chien très mignon. Le plan est de conduire jusqu'à la maison de mon ami après cet avion à Breckinridge. It was 21 degrees (celsius) last weekend, but this weekend it was -3 degrees (celsius). Chattanooga is so weird. I love it though! I am really excited to go home and see my dogs. I miss them so much! I miss my parents too, but I just saw them this past weekend. They came in town and we got to hang out all weekend, which was super fun. What did you do this weekend? Have the COVID restrictions loosened in France like they have in the US?

Pour les vacances, j'éspxre que je peux passer de temps avec mes amis qui habitent en Gxorgie. Aussi pour les vacances, c'est mon anniversaire!! J'aurais 17 ans, qui est très génial. Donc, je vais parti Baylor mardi prochaine. J’ai aller à Orlando pour Universal avec mes amis. Nous quittons mardi et revenir Samedi. Le COVID-19 touché cet plan un peu parce que nous allions à Universal cet été avec plus personnes. Mais, nous pensons que il y a moin des personnes en mars. Apré Orlando, je vais aller à chez moi à Knoxville pour un jour, ensuit, je suis aller à Champaign, une ville en Illinois, pour visité l’université UIUC. Est-ce que tu aime voyage? The next two weeks will be exciting and nervous. At the same time I am traveling, I will be receiving most, if not all, of my college decisions back. Going to Illinois to visit UIUC was a last minute decision. However, I decided to go because I wanted to get to know the environment of the school before making this important decision. Overall, I am super excited for Spring Break since I have a lot of fun activities planned.

ReplyDeleteÇa fait longtemps qu’on n’ait pas parlé ! Comment ça va ? Je suis stressé parce que j’ai beaucoup d’examens et devoirs pour faire avant les vacances printemps. Pendant les vacances, ma famille va aller à la Caroline du Nord pour visiter l’université de Appalachian State et Davidson. J’ai hâte parce que j’adore les montagnes dans Caroline du Nord et aussi il y a une possibilité que je vais appliquer à Davison pour l’université. Ma sœur aime Appalachian State, donc on va passer un jour dans Boone, NC pour elle aussi.
For the rest of my break, I plan to stay at home and spend time by myself. Hopefully I will be able to read a book and get back on track for my reading goal. Lacy and I usually watch movies together at night, so I am excited to get to relax. The last weekend of break, I have to take the SAT which is a standardized test used for college acceptances. This will be my third time taking it, and I hope this will be my last time ! Where are you going for break ? Are you going anywhere with family or friends?

Just to add on for a quick note I am truly so excited about touring Belmont. Their programs are so cool and the music school is the coolest that I've ever found. Do you play an instrument of some sort cause I know we've talked about music before so I was wondering if you played something. And well, I used to play the piano when I was younger, but I stopped it because I didn’t enjoy practicing at home. I think I was too little to find the pleasure of staying home by myself instead of being outside with my friends. Nevertheless, I took the decision of restarting the piano, as here there are a few people that play it and everytime I watch them I feel that I am missing something, and what about you?

I am SO READY for spring break. The past few weeks of school have been the most stressful, jam-packed weeks I’ve had in high school. For my break, we get 10 days off. I’m going to the beach with my boyfriend and his family in Florida. So many people from my school go to the same beach I’m going to (seaside Florida) that it's jokingly called “Baylor south” around here. Anyways, I’m ready to relax by doing a whole lot of nothing for a week. Do you have a spring break like ours or is it different? In France, where do most people go to the beach? My older sister used to live in Grenoble for a couple years and for vacation I know she went to Marseille and had a great time.

I am so excited for spring break because right now school is very overwhelming and stressful. Even though this week is the week leading into spring break, I have many papers and other assignments due. I am only going to tour colleges for a few days during break, so I will have about half of the break to spend at home. I am very excited to relax at home with my sister and hang out with my friends. Puisque c’est mon dénier vacance a Baylor, j’ai décidé que je veux passer de temps avec mes amis a Orlando, FL pour 10 jour. Ce qui est intéressent, c’est qu’ils sont des Disneyland et aussi Universal Studio a Orlando, et le deux sont plus grand dans le monde. Outre Disneyland et Universal Studio, nous allons voir "cat", une comédie musicale très connue aux États-Unis. Une autre chose importante est que mes résultats universitaires seront publiés pendant la pause, et je suis un peu nerveux à ce sujet.

Ma sœur déjà passe son vacances et c’était bonne de sa voir. Est ce que tu aime les vacances de printemps? Pour moi c’est le meilleur vacance parce que chaque année je aller une ville qui est chaud mais à chez moi il fait froid. Tu aller une ville qui est chaud aussi. Beaucoup de amis de moi aller les villes pour faire du ski. Je ne comprends ça parce que c’est froid quand tu fair du ski. Je vais aller au Florida avec mes meilleurs amis. Mais une autre Ami de moi est aller au Paris pour visiter son sœur qui habite au Paris. Il n’y a pas des activités qui est arrêtée parce que Covid. C’est un grand moment pour ne s’inquiéter.
I hope you are doing well. I cannot wait for a week long break off of school. I love going to the beach because it is so nice. I will be going with 8 of my best friends. Although I do have to play in baseball games a couple of days before I am super excited. Baseball is in full swing and I am really enjoying it but I need a couple of days off. I am really hoping the weather is nice because it has been too cold this winter and I’m tired of it.
For the spring break I’m gonna go to the United States and to Canada. I love those places but it’s the first time that I travel over there. Otherwise I don't know what I'm going to do.

For the second half of spring break, I have training for Rowing. because of this many of the boarding students on my team have to come back in town earlier. The dorms, at that time, are not open so some of my friends are going to be staying with the day students of the team. My best friend, Esther, is staying at my house for 6 days and we will be hanging out with our other friends while we are together, too!

En comparant, mon expérience de l'année dernière et maintenant, une différence c'est que nous ne portons pas de masque. Une autre différence c’est le règlement et plus détendu en comparant de l'année dernière. Par exemple, l'année dernière pour les vacances de printemps, certains restaurants ne sont pas ouverts. Mais, dans le moment présent, je suis très prêt pour les vacances de printemps avec mes amis et je suis prêt à me détendre et à bronzer.

Comparing my experience last year and now, one difference is that we don't wear masks. Another difference is that the rules are more relaxed compared to last year. For example, last year for spring break, some restaurants are not open.But, in the present moment, I am very ready for spring break with my friends to enjoy the good time.

Israel it’s like my second house, before covid i want always to israel you probably know The city Jerusalem or tel aviv but my favorite city in israel is Eilat <3 it’s in the south it’s hot all year it’s small so we don't necessarily need a car. Bonjour Jules! J’espère que vous allez bien. Pour Springbreak cette année je suis allé a le République Dominicain avec tous de mes amis de Baylor, GPS, et Mccallie. Nous resterons à le Hard Rock Hôtel. Je suis très hâte parce ce que j’adore la plage. Nous resterons à le Dominicain pour quatre jours et nous reviendrons at jeudi. Pour le dernière week-end je pense que j’irai à l’université de South Carolina pour un visite. Ça c’est un option pour l’école l’année prochain.
ReplyDeleteThis summer me and my friends are planning a trip to the west. Our plan is to simply just get in a car and drive out there and see what happens. We plan on going to places like Colorado and Arizona. Out in the West, there are numerous parks that are all beautiful. I think it would be a waste of a summer if I didn’t go and visit them. The only obstacle is my parents. Hopefully they allow me to do this!

Il était beaucoup du soleil mais de l’eau était une petit peu frios. Une jour, nous sommes allé au faire du péché et j’attraper 18 poison. Aussi, je vu 2 dolphins du la bateau. Nous sommes faire du vélo beaucoup pour allé à déjeuner et dîner beaucoup des nuits.

Here in Tennessee we don’t have to wear a face mask so it is really nice, you only have to wear a mask when you go to the airport. In Spain we have to wear masks most of the time and in my opinion it is much better when you don’t have to. Do you think mask shouldn’t be mandatory anymore?

ReplyDeleteCes vacances, je suis allé à New York. J’ai vu la statue de la Liberté et des autres sites touristiques. J’ai aimé le plus voir la coucher du soleil à le 102ᵉ étage et c'était incroyable ! Je pouvais voir si loin que la lumière tremblait à cause de l’atmosphère. J’ai visité aussi le mémorial du 11 septembre, Central Park, Times Square et bien plus encore.
I’m interested to hear what you did. Did you stay home or did you go somewhere in France or even out of France? If you stayed home, which countries have you been to in the past , and what have you liked about them? If you could live anywhere for the rest of your life, where would it be and why? ReplyDeletePour mes vacances, je suis restés à Chattanooga. Je ne retourné pas au Brésil parce que il n’y a pas de temps pour ça. Donc, j’ai dormi beaucoup, et j’ai joué beaucoup de foot. Aussi, j’ai passé du temps avec mes amis que ne voyagerons pas. En le futurs , je voudrais voyager en France ou Japan.
Luckily, we don’t have to wear masks anymore and it feels great. It makes traveling way easier. If I ever go to France, you have to tell me where to visit and where the good food is! I hope you had a good vacation and hope to hear from you soon.

C’était aussi la premier fois que j’ai chassé. J’ai li faisait avec mon père et ses copains.
J’espère que tu t'es bien amusé en Israël; je n'y suis jamais allé mais j'aimerais bien!

As I said I came back to Spain for the break. On the first week, I visited the city of Granada, where I later went hunting with my father. Do you like hunting? Or it isn’t that popular in France?

Pour les vacances je suis resté à Chattanooga dans une hôtel. Beaucoup de personnes sont allés en Floride, et mes amis sont allés à Disney. Je voulais y aller mais j’avais beaucoup de devoirs. Pendant les vacances j’ai dessiné beaucoup, et j’ai mémorisé des lignes pour la comédie musicale. C’était difficile, mais je l’ai aimé.
For past breaks I would usually go to my aunt’s house in Virginia, but this year I had a lot of schoolwork and I had to draw things for my art portfolio, so for me it’s much more easier if I just stay in Chattanooga. I miss Beijing a lot but due to COVID I can’t go back this year.
Do you have anything you like to do on vacations?

Pendant les vacances nous avions aller pour le match de NBA à Atlanta. Le match était tres bon et interessant. J’ai vu le nouvelle film de Batman aussi.

ReplyDeletePour les vacances de printemps je resté en Oregon, où je viens de. Il y avait beacoup du soleil et il était très bon. C’était le plus longtemps j’avais été absent de chez moi, donc il était bon être la. Je vu mon familie et me relaxé, beaucoup de dormi et mange. Mais, je retourné à Baylor avant les vancances terminé pour l’aviron, donc Je resté à la maison de mon ami jusqu’à l’école commencer encore.
Spring break was nice and relaxing, but I may have relaxed too much as when I came back to school early to train, I was very out of shape and it took a few days to get back into things. Other than the long flights and jetlag, I had a great time returning home and cannot wait until graduation, when I can be home again for the summer. Did you have a good break? Were you able to travel?

What’s up prune, this year for spring break my family and I (my mom, grandad, grand mom, brother) drove down to Miramar beach in Florida. It is a very nice beach in my opinion and a lot of people I know go there every year around the same time, so it’s fun getting to hang out with my family and friends. The sand on the beach is very hot and is also very white with hardly any rocks, so it’s not like Maine or California’s beaches. I am curious what kind of breaks your school gives you and what there called for you. And if your school does give you breaks what’s your favorite place to go?
ReplyDeleteCettee année, pour les vacances de printemps, je suis allé a la plage appelee mirimar. J'ai conduit chez mes amis pendant un journée et je me suis amusé. Ensuite, je suis rentré chez moi pour passe du temps avec ma famille.
Le trajet retour a le maison a ete horrible parce que l'ami de mon frère était malade en voiture tout le temps. Et je détester quand le person vomiter. En tous cas je suis curieus de savoir comment se sont déroulées vos vacances de printemps
Bonjour, cette vacances je suis allé au Seaside et Pensacola (Florida) avec ma amie Sophie. Nous sommes allé a la plage et aux fetes.Je me suis tellement amuse parce que je n’ai pas vu Sophie depuis longtemps.Sophie a un frère et une sœur, elle a aussi un chien et un chat. I had so much fun there, we went to the beach and to a lot of fun partys. I love Sophie’s cat, his name is Fred, and he loves me more than Sophie (pd. Don’t tell her i said this). Did you already have a spring break or are you going to have one? Where are you going/went?
